FOR BUYERS:

UB Alumni who purchase a home through Robitaille Real Estate will be given a Welcome Home gift, a check payable to you, in the amount of 10% of the expected net commission.

Buyers also have access to our Ultimate Service Providers.  These service providers include home inspectors, attorneys, painters, electricians, etc.
